Changes that could affect an integration are listed here, newest first. We add to the API without notice; we will announce here, in advance, anything that removes or changes an existing field.

Version 1

The first public version of the API.

  • Twelve read-only endpoints under /v1: periods; state and LGA risk; state and LGA forecasts; state and LGA transmission, and the research transmission model; state and LGA context (population, bed nets, treatment and access to care); state and LGA boundaries.
  • API keys with scopes, live and test keys, a per-minute rate limit and a monthly allowance.
  • Every score is returned with its likely range, score_low and score_high: plus or minus 0.13 for a state and 0.24 for an LGA.
  • Risk levels: low starts at 0.2, moderate at 0.3, high at 0.4 and very_high at 0.5.
  • SDKs for Python, TypeScript and Go, version 0.4.0, each covering all twelve endpoints.

Data

  • Model version ai4m-malaria-1.0.
  • Estimates from January 2018, with forecasts up to four months ahead.
  • Transmission seasons for all 774 LGAs, and positivity at the 2010, 2015, 2018 and 2021 national surveys for every state.
